"Honor all people.." to whom honor is due according to the circumstances in which they are in whether they be Jew or Gentiles, whether rich or poor, believers or unbelievers. 

"Love the brotherhood.." express your love by word or deed to those who are born of God, the same body and the same spirit, of whatsoever nation or circumstance of life.

"Fear God.." with the new covenant grace of fear which springs from the goodness of God which shows itself in a reverential affection for God, a strict regard to His worship and ordinances.
